Domain Related Queries

Please use the following details for all domain related queries you may have including complaints and instances of domain name abuse, you should expect to receive a response within a few hours and no more than 5 days on receipt of your query. 


Step 1: Navigate to our website

You can raise a complaint via the 'Contact' form available via the Contact link on our website.

Step 2: Click on 'Contact' menu item at the top of the page. This will open the contact form.

Step 3: In the section of the form marked 'Message' please include details of your complaint, to enable us to deal with your complaint more effectively, please provide as much detail as possible, please also include a daytime contact number in your request, as one of our Managers will need to contact you to discuss your complaint.

Step 4: Click on the 'Send Message' button, which will submit your complaint.


Please contact us on 01924 950700 and speak to someone from the department you feel is most relevant to your complaint, technical support, accounts, sales etc. If our Support agents are unable to resolve your query, they will refer your query directly to their manager. Upon receipt of your complaint, the relevant manager will investigate the complaint and contact you directly, alternatively we may arrange for one of our Customer Relations Managers to contact you if the departmental manager is not readily available.
